Hextech Annie is a legendary skin in League of Legends and is priced at 1820 RP (Riot Points). This makes it one of the more expensive skins in the game due to its unique animations, effects, and design. Players can purchase Hextech Annie from the in-game store using RP. **

In League of Legends, Hextech Keys can be obtained by completing missions, earning S- or higher ranks in games, or by purchasing them from the in-game store. Additionally, players can also receive Hextech Keys by purchasing them with Blue Essence or Riot Points. It's important to note that Hextech Keys are used to open Hextech Chests, which contain cosmetic items such as skins, ward skins, and emotes. **

You may not be receiving Hextech Chests for a few reasons. One possibility is that you have already earned the maximum number of Hextech Chests for the current season, which is limited to one per champion per season. Another reason could be that you are not earning an S- or higher grade in your games, as Hextech Chests are only awarded for high performance. Additionally, if you are playing in a premade group, you may only receive Hextech Chests for champions you have not earned a chest for in the current season. **

You cannot obtain Ultimate, Mythic, Limited, and some promotional skins from Hextech Crafting. These skins are typically not available through the regular skin shard drops or rerolls in the Hextech Crafting system. Ultimate and Mythic skins are considered to be of higher value and are usually only available through direct purchase or special events. Limited and promotional skins are also not included in the regular skin pool and are only obtainable through specific events or promotions. **

In League of Legends, Hextech chests can be obtained by earning an S- or higher rank on a champion in a matchmade game, or by purchasing them from the in-game shop using Hextech keys or RP (Riot Points). Additionally, players can also receive Hextech chests as rewards for completing certain missions or events within the game. Once obtained, players can open the Hextech chests to receive random loot such as champion shards, skin shards, and other cosmetic items. **

In League of Legends, Hextech Chests can be obtained by earning an S- or higher rank on a champion in a matchmade game. Once you achieve this rank, you will receive a Hextech Chest as a reward. However, keep in mind that you can only earn one chest per champion per season, so you'll need to play different champions to continue earning chests. Additionally, you can also purchase Hextech Chests from the in-game store using Hextech Crafting materials. **

To get a Hextech Chest in League of Legends, you need to earn an S- or higher rating at the end of a match while playing a champion that you have not earned a chest with yet. Once you achieve this rating, you will receive a Hextech Chest as a reward. You can earn up to four chests per month, and the chests reset at the beginning of each month. Remember to play different champions to maximize your chances of earning Hextech Chests. **

You can obtain Hextech Chest Gemstones in League of Legends by completing certain in-game missions or by purchasing them from the in-game store. You can also earn them by receiving S ranks on champions you have not yet earned a chest with in a given season. Additionally, you have a chance to obtain gemstones from opening Hextech Chests, which can be earned by obtaining an S- rank or higher on a champion you own, or by purchasing them from the store. Once you have enough gemstones, you can combine them to create a Hextech Chest, which contains exclusive loot such as rare skins and other cosmetic items. **
